Make sure you drink enough!

Recent research has shown that gym-goers ‘are wasting money on sports drinks’. Well, we tend to agree here at ADventure Fitness. Who needs fads? All you need is good old fashioned fresh air, water and good nutritious food. A professional athlete may need an isotonic drink to maintain peak performance, but good old water just to keep you hydrated when exercising is fine!
