Marlow camp is back
Due to popular demand, Stuart Lewington starts March 8th for four weeks. He will train you three days a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 6-7am, and Saturdays at 8am.
Run by our enthusiastic and energetic trainer Stuart, no two sessions are ever the same. Alongside running, obstacle courses, groupwork and strength training Stuart adds boxing and TRX suspension training with the occasional dance move thrown in for fun.
This summer, the camp will be in second year of running and has an amazing loyal group of ladies that have been loyal since the camp started. There is great camaraderie at camp.
And that’s Stuart’s philosophy: train hard to the best of your own abilities and have fun along the way!!
